We are seeking a skilled and creative Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team in Delhi. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google platforms to achieve business objectives. You will collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Google Ads strategies to meet marketing goals.
• Conduct keyword research and create optimized ad copy.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, and Video ads.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate detailed reports.
• Perform A/B testing to improve ad performance.
• Manage budget allocations and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Google Ads and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A certification in Google Ads is highly preferred.

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel.
• Experience with remarketing and conversion tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
