Position: Computer Operator
Location: Delhi
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
Job Description
We are hiring a Computer Operator to manage and maintain our data processing and administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should be proficient in computer applications, data entry, and basic IT troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain computer systems and equipment.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
- Troubleshoot minor IT issues and coordinate with IT support for resolution.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of data.
- Generate and manage daily reports and backups.
- Maintain logs and documentation of system operations.
- Assist in administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent. A diploma or degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar role.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management software.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Good communication skills.
